Adrian has earned the esteemed title of Jason’s favorite, thanks to his passion for hockey! As a lifelong hockey player, Adrian has managed to keep all of his teeth intact - a testament to his skill and agility on the ice. Now, he brings that same dedication and expertise to the Holmen community with Team Lassen!

Anna’s happiest with her kiddos by her side, cheering from the sidelines, cruising in the side-by-side, or squeezing in a spontaneous shopping trip. She’s a sports mom on the move, an outdoor explorer at heart, and always down for a little adventure. From muddy trails to mall hauls, she’s just out here living her best mom life.

Ben’s a man of many Midwestern passions: hunting, fishing, golfing, and convincing himself this is the year the Bears will win it all (bless his optimistic heart). When he’s not cheering on his Chicago teams or flipping between Wisconsin football & basketball games, he’s quoting movies like it’s his full-time job. When the games are over, his dog Maisy takes over, demanding top-tier fetch throws!

Emma’s our marketing mastermind, Jill of all trades, and keeps Team Lassen running smoothly. If it needs doing, she’s already done it. A ray of sunshine with a soft side for animals, love for coffee, cute outfits, and a passion for working out. When not creating content, she’s at the gym, outdoors, or hanging with her cat and bunny. A latte on her plate, but nothing retail therapy can't handle!

Gabi moved to La Crosse to attend UWL and fell in love with the Coulee Region and with Team Lassen! She likes to stay active and spend time with family and is the kind of gal you want on your side when it comes to insurance. Gabi is the type who loves to create spreadsheets when planning her dinner parties; you won’t find anyone with a higher attention to detail.

Hannah has been in the insurance industry since 2017. As a little girl, Hannah never dreamed of being in insurance but instead thought someday she’d be a top shot lawyer. Today she spends her days arguing with Jason and holding court in the office to make up for it. When she’s not busy helping her clients, she loves taking long walks with her family and dominating family game night!

Katelin’s basically sunshine in human form. She’s obsessed with yellow, has a gnome army on her desk, and lights up any room with her smile and sense of humor. A sunflower lover and walk enthusiast, she’s happiest under blue skies and bright rays. If you hear laughter down the hall, it’s probably Katelin, spreading cheer one giggle at a time.

You can always find Krystine at our Tomah office with a smile, a listening ear, and a willingness to help. The only thing she loves more than serving the community with Team Lassen is spending time with family outdoors, preferably with her loyal sidekick, Keighley the dog, at her side.

In Laurel’s family, Wednesday Nights are Trivia Nights. You can find her with the family enjoying lake days as frequently as possible. She hates the cold, but that doesn’t stop her from loving raising her two teenage boys near her hometown of Madison. She loves traveling, but doesn’t necessarily enjoy flying. She was born without arms, but can type faster than anyone in our office!

Lindsay is our Sales Team Manager and has been with Team Lassen for over a decade. This extrovert loves to be around people, travel, workout and is outdoorsy – you know, outdoorsy in that she loves restaurants with a cozy patio. Meet Makayla, the customer service and support savant of Team Lassen! She's a Wisconsin girl through and through, spending her free time hiking, fishing, and bowhunting. So if you call into Team Lassen, know that Makayla is ready to help with the same determination she uses to reel in a big catch or track down a deer!

Pa’s a quirky mix of cozy and adventurous. One minute she’s sipping tea over a sudoku puzzle, the next she’s out playing sand volleyball (skill level: enthusiastic). She’s a proud dog mom to Peanut, loves backpacking, gardening, reading, working out, and eating all the good food. Basically, if it involves fun, flavor, or fresh air, Pa’s already there, with a smile and positive attitude.

Our OG team member, Becky, has been with American Family Insurance for 20 years. She currently resides in Galesville with her son, Wyatt, best friend and husband, Lance, dog, Dixie, and cat, Bully. In her many years of her insurance career she has witnessed children grow up and have children of their own. When Becky doesn't have her insurance-hat on she enjoys being a river rat with her family.
